Testimonials:

"Really enjoyed the program. It made the start of the healing journey easier with you "holding my hand" at first. I was very overwhelmed to start but the guidance has helped me understand my body better and that there is ways to manage this so that it doesn't become so out of control." -Natalie

"Beth taught me more in my initial evaluation than what I learned through more whole course of therapy postpartum. I wish I had found her sooner." -E

"Beth took the time to listen to my problems and my goals. The check-ins between appointments kept me on track, she helped me work out problems in real time. I feel like I have options again in the gym. I'm not afraid of my prolapse anymore." -L

"Highly recommend Beth at Complete OMPT! She is wildly knowledgeable and extremely passionate at her profession. I was very impressed by everything about her! I came to her for my 2 month old who has torticollis. She was so wonderful with him and has him stronger already. She also gave my husband and I plenty of things we could do with him at home." -Mallory

"Beth was very knowledgeable and experienced dealing with a variety of physical therapy related issues. Over 6 sessions I learned a great deal and saw a significant improvement. She is kind, thoughtful, and thorough in her evaluation and treatment plan. I highly recommend her without reservations!" -Liana
